“I’ve been receiving therapy here for the past year for medical and family trauma with these guys (formerly known as “The Parkey Group”), and I highly recommend it. It is the most consistent, useful talk therapy I’ve had. It’s the first time I’ve felt like counseling is actually progressive and collaborative instead of feeling scrambled, like I’m not sure how to get my footing or be heard by my therapist. They don’t just hand out prescriptions—they actually take the time to listen, ask questions, and consider your personal needs and goals before making any recommendations.
