“Telemind has been very good to me. I was seeing Dr. Adeola Adebayo for about a year and a half, and she was wonderful, but had to leave. She got me stable on my ADHD medication and was always friendly, compassionate and helpful. When she left, Adrienne Lapid, an NP, picked up where she left off. When I first saw Miss Lapid I had been taking a break from my medication for about a month. I restarted after seeing her and had some significant side effects. I called to schedule a sort of emergency appointment to talk to her about it, and Telemind was able to get me in the next business day. She was very helpful, listened thoughtfully to all of my problems, and we discussed solutions for going forward. Miss Lapid is friendly and compassionate, and I'm happy to have her as a provider. The treatment coordinator I usually deal with after my appointments, Saray, is also very friendly and helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. I'm grateful Telemind takes my insurance and being able to do all of this via telehealth is so nice.”

Her office is also outstanding. Scheduling appointments and handling paperwork has always been smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to her assistant, Clara, who is extremely helpful, supportive, and always goes above and beyond to make the process easier. “Lilian really listened to my concerns, I was and still am very fearful of the negative side effects of psych medication. Lilian keeps notes so I don't have to re-explain everything each appointment, she has been working to get me to stability. Sadly, the Telemind office team is not as helpful. Most of the time the treatment coordinator is not available after my appointment with my doctor, so they tell you they'll call you to schedule your next appointment. Instead I receive an email & text that my next appointment has already been scheduled for me, which never works with my job schedule so I have to call the office and get it rescheduled. You cannot respond to the text or email, you must call the office. Getting someone to answer takes several tries, or you're on hold forever, and there is no way to leave them a voicemail. Every couple of months they assess you to help your psych doctor get a better understanding of your current situation. However no one explains that process, so you just get an email notifying you that an appointment has been scheduled. I transferred my care to another office after being unable to reach anyone at the Telemind office to reschedule an appointment they had set for me. I received a call 5 minutes before the appointment and told the person I wanted to cancel my care due to these issues and she didn't even apologize for the issues. Usually people will say something like, I'm sorry you had that experience, but she just seemed upset and told me she'd cancel my future appointments. I have several screenshots photos of different days and times I called the office and was on hold for several minutes unable to reach anyone. Update: A representative from Telemind called me & offered to give me his personal office phone number when I wanted to schedule or change an appointment. I told him I was no longer comfortable with continuing as a patient, and he asked me to remove my negative review. I declined because I really don't want anyone to go through a similar experience with this business.”

“Do not listen to the good reviews like I did, pretty sure they might pay for those. These people will not let you know that you lost your insurance, instead they'll know for weeks before you do and charge you without saying anything. No phone call, no email, just takes the money and that's that hoping you don't notice. These people DO NOT care about you as a patient, they want your money. $600 for a FaceTime call that's maybe 5 mins isn't okay in anyway shape or form. My psychiatrist was great and I wish him the best, I hope he can find a company to work with that actually cares and is on your side. The doctor's are great but the folks in the office either don't answer their phone when you are having an issue with your meds or they treat you like you are the problem constantly. Please don't make the same mistake I did making an appointment with these people. I just lost $720 because of them and their greed.”
