“Do not go here. They do not care about patients. They only care about how much money they can profit from patient/insurance/government. They do not treat patients like human beings they treat them like a wallet. Scheduling people every 4 weeks instead of monthly is just one example of them trying to maximize number of visits and profit off of patients. If you ask for a supervisor and they will say the supervisor is "busy" and will call you back. Never happens. Every issue that this place has was made even worse in the last 4 months or so when I was told the CFO decided to make changes against the advice of the physicians working there. It goes to show that its all about money when you let the CFO start making decisions that directly affect ongoing treatment of patients. Their response to my review is telling. They want patients to be heard yet they don't listen to you and talk over you. They tell you lies like your insurance will not cover something yet you spend the hours on the phone with your insurance and they end up telling you that everything is covered and that the WC Health office has not done something. This place should be avoided at all costs as they are interested in money not helping people.”

“Everyone’s experience is different. I come from one day working next thing being in the without a home due to medical issues.Being in this program, I am able to stress a bit less and focus on getting back in the real world again. My amazing caseworker Diane Lewis, I very informative and helpful I meet with her on a week bases to share and update my progress from medical and job search. She provide the information that I need and make sure I’m on track. The staff is always been good to me. They’re very supportive and cheering me on. The only recommendation I would actually would like to see is a business center where you can use computers, copy machine, WiFi, and phones. To alleviate the cost, maybe you could put in a two vending machines with chips and sodas, which would help provide the cost of supplies such as paper, pens, and any other supplies. This helps the residents to get what we need done instead of trying to find a library.”

“Homeless or Roof over. Puf (Wellcare) have gave me a place to live with Mental Health and Substance abuse assistance and counseling. If you do nothing you get nothing but if you get off your butt and put in the work you will leave much better than you came in. My case worker (Ms. Michelle) helped me find job fairs and connected me with options on where to go after my completion.
